Tournament Rules and costs

Each player is responsible for the 100 dollars for each tournament for a total of 1200 dollars for the duration. Whether you show up or not your stack will be put on the table and blinded accordingly, and you will incur a 1000 chip penalty every ½ hour you are late and an additional 500 chips for every deal you miss up to a max two hours and at this point your chips will be removed from play.
You will get 0 points at this time.
We suggest sending an alternate who will be required to pay the 100.00 dollars for the cash portion, if you do not send an alternate, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY THAT 100 DOLLARS AS WELL FOR A TOTAL OF 200.00 your alternate will earn you the points that they finish the tournament at.

YOU ARE STILL REQUIRED TO PAY THE 100.00 DOLLARS FOR THE LEAGUE AND IF YOU DONT SEND AN ALTERNATE YOU WILL HAVE TO PAY THE 200.00....

During tournament play chopping of money when down to the final two or three is acceptable but you cannot chop Points.

In case of a tie after the final tournament the tie breaker decision will be based on the money won throughout the year

Any money made by the 3 players attending the Event in Montreal will share 10% with the league

Each player shall receive 4,000 dollars to cover the event cost, hotels and flights.

The most important point to get across to all players is that this is not a cash league, so in the event you cannot attend the poker tournament for whatever reason the role will fall to the next person in the league with the best finish in the league If the next person cannot attend, then it will move to the next and so on until someone from the league attends.
